LONGRICH COMPENSATION PLAN

COMPENSATION PLAN

If you are finally convinced, and have joined the team, we would need to go through the compensation plan with you, so you would be aware of how you would earn as well as how your progress is reflected in your earnings as well as your leadership bonus levels.

1.      Performance Bonus

The table above is the performance bonus (weekly) for a distributor with the various bonus levels varying based on the different entry levels with maximum earnings ranging from $750 (Q-Silver) up to $22,500 (Platinum-VIP).

DEVELOPMENT BONUS

Each distributor is required to sponsor 3 new members, either directly or indirectly through his/her sponsor (upline). The earnings from his/her beneficiaries are split into 2 bonus group and a sharing group (highest performance). The distributor earns a percentage of performance of each of the two bonus groups. The sharing group earnings goes to the company to sustain the system.

The table below shows that the earnings continue to grow as you continue to grow your generations. You sponsor more people to fill in your 2^nd, 3^rd and all the other generations and or get the distributors you’ve sponsored to sponsor other potential distributors.

LEADERSHIP BONUS

You become entitled to a leadership bonus when your personal and team performance has an accumulated points (GPV) of 720PV and you become a 1 Diamond member. You continue to improve on the leadership scale until the highest leadership level which is 5 star Director.  The leadership bonus increases as you increase from 1 Diamond to 5 Star Director from 10% to 45% for up to 12 generations.

REPEAT/ MAINTENANCE ORDER BONUS

If you continuously maintain your 30PV a cycle, you would be eligible for repeat order bonus.

They are different types. They include;

a.       15 Level Matrix Bonus

b.      Breakaway Bonus

c.       Horizontal SD Bonus

d.      Vertical SD Bonus

PLATINUM-VIP INCENTIVE

You could join the team as a platinum VIP or get an upgrade to it, you automatically qualify for Platinum VIP incentive points that can be exchanged to car, travel or house points. You participate in the sharing of 1% of the world PV.

WORLD WIDE INCENTIVE

Once you build up your team and you team performance is above 15000PV, you become eligible in the world wide incentives like luxury travel, cars and even houses.

STAR DIRECTOR WORLD WIDE INCENTIVE

After continuously building your team performance beyond 1.5Million PV you become eligible for a weekly cash incentive from 0.35% for 1 Star Director to 0.05% percent for Star 5 Director.
